RO X KONOBA : 10 songs to travel...or not

Two boys. Ten songs. After 10 months of traveling, the duo came back with 10 mixtapes inspired from the countries they visited, like France, Columbia and Poland… the belgian band invites you into an intimate trip sponsoring their new album. But the team of BPM’s agency assured us that the « New album », is available on Spotify Deezer and Youtube.

Ro X Konoba is composed of two young musicians from Louvain La neuve. Raphaël Estherazi ( Konoba) and Oliver Rugi ( R.O) met in 2015 and together started a new musical project, between electro music and acoustic.

I know what you think« another mainstream group » and you’re not completely wrong. During the press conference, the team’s Managers admitted « Yes it’s commercial music » without great conviction. But after listening a first time, I must say that it is more than that.

The band proposes us a real concept which deserves to be discovered in despite of catastrophic communication. RO X KONOBA is the one group from the X generation influenced by chill and Trap vibes that we love vibing to with a cup of tea after a day of hard work. The song is intimate, efficient and exotic without overdo. For the most sceptical events, it can be used in a party as pleasant music in the background.

One good thing we can notice is the design of the album is not only beautiful but very unique. The artistic agent worked on very minimalist and colored graphism, which perfectly represents their universe. On Youtube or on Instagram, the graphic work accomplished will delight anyone.

RO X KONOBA will be presented to the « Botanique » , a festival which takes place in the city of Bruxelles. During the press conference, managers and artistic direction confirmed for us that they will play in Belgium and also abroad.
